Returns and cancellations

For online purchases, you can normally notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the watch, then have another 14 days to return it. Contact inquiries@ahwatches.com with your order details for return instructions.

For a qualifying cancellation, we refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop; a lawful deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Your rights if goods are faulty or not as described remain unaffected. Sourcing an ordinary watch for you does not by itself remove cancellation rights. Any applicable exception for genuinely personalised or custom-made goods must be explained before purchase.
